Montefino Sour
Our summer sour signature, sophisticated and refreshing, perfect for your poolside cocktail party.
Ingredients
40 ml Portofino Dry Gin
10 ml Acqua Bianca liqueur
30 ml Lemon juice
1 dash Egg white powder
Lemon peel
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and give it a hard shake. Strain into a coupette and garnish with a lemon peel.
